By using this Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. Failure to use this Affiliate Program in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to severe civil and criminal penalties under the law.

Use Links Carefully:

Feel free to use your Startupbank.com affiliate links anywhere on your web pages or to email the link address to friends. However, do not send unsolicited email, or "spam" containing your affiliate link. Startupbank.com does not condone the sending of spam in order to sell the products on this site. You are solely responsible for the consequences of sending unsolicited email or news postings.

Your affiliation with Startupbank.com can be cut at any time if it is brought the attention of Startupbank.com that you are sending unsolicited emails in the hopes of selling additional products. If your affiliation with Startupbank.com is severed, you will not be paid commissions from you links from the date of your severance.

How Commissions are calculated:

Commissions are calculated automatically using the link that is on your website. You can review your commission balance anytime using the online interface. You earn 20% commission on gross sales for customers purchase via your affiliate link. All customers who come via your affiliate link will receive lifetime cookies on their computers. You will receive 20% of all sales for such customers during affiliate cookie lifetime. Your earned commissions never expire. When you bring the customer to the Startupbank.com site you earn the commission when they make a purchase.

NOTE:

If Startupbank.com must refund a customer purchase for which you received a commission, the commission you earned on that purchase will be deducted from your current account balance. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank charge backs etc. You will be notified of the deduction and the reason for the deduction.

Form of Payment:

All commission payments are made via Paypal. If needed, please create Paypal account on www.paypal.com before signing up for the Affiliate Program with Startupbank.com.

When You Receive Payment:

Payment will be processed in three business day's after you click the withdraw funds button on your affiliate interface. Payment will be sent to the Paypal email address we have in our database so be sure that you type in the correct email address when signing up for the Startupbank.com Affiliate Program. You can change your Paypal email address any time in your affiliate interface account by logging into your account.

NOTE:

Money can be withdrawn only after account balance will exceed $100.

Commission Structure:

Startupbank.com reserves the right to modify the terms of commission structure and delivery at any time.

Disclaimer:

Products, information, and other content available from or through the site are provided "as-is," "as available," and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Startupbank.com disclaims all warranties express or implied, including, but not limited to,
